摘要
【目的】为了了解中国荷斯坦奶牛催乳基因多态性与泌乳性能的关联性,【方法】采用PCR-RFLP技术对新疆地区357头中国荷斯坦奶牛催乳素(PRL)基因多态性进行了分析。【结果】表明,检测到三种基因型(AA、AB、BB)的基因型频率分别为0.6466、0.2461、0.1073。【结论】催乳素基因在此中国荷斯坦奶牛群体中处于Hardy-Weinberg不平衡状态。催乳素基因的杂合度为0.1008,有效等位基因数为0.8943,多态信息含量为0.1001,属于低度多态。同时对所发现的多态位点与奶牛产奶性状的关系进行了分析,探讨了催乳素基因作为影响中国荷斯坦牛产奶性状候选基因的可能性。
【Objective】In order to understand the relationship of prolactin gene polymorphism and milk performance trait in Chinese Holstein Cattle.【Method】The prolactin gene was detected in 375 Chinese Holstein Cattle from the region of Xinjiang using PCR-RFLP method.【Result】Three kinds of genotypes(AA,AB and BB)were found,and the frequencies were 0.6466,0.2461 and 0.1073,respectively.【Conclusion】The result showed that the Chinese Holstein dairy Cattle was not at Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.The heterozygosity,number of effective alleles,and polymorphism information content were 0.1008,0.8943,0.1001,respectively.The PIC showed the low polymorphism.The associations between polymorphism of this gene and milk performance traits were analyzed,and the possibility of prolactin gene could be used as a candidate gene for milk performance traits of Chinese Holstein Cattles were discussed.
