肉牛专用运输车降低运输应激效果试验

Effect of the Special Transport Vehicle Reducing Transport Stress for Beef Cattle

【目的】为验证肉牛专用运输车降低运输应激的效果。【方法】将本团队研制的肉牛专用运输车和普通运输车进行肉牛运输效果对比试验。长途运牛过程中,从肉牛专用运输车和普通车各随机选择6头作为实验组和对照组,在运输前17h、运输后4h、20h、26h、45h、52h以及运输后7d、17d颈静脉采血后分离血清并提取牛外周血淋巴细胞,检测血清中K+、Na+、Cl-、Ca2+离子水平及外周血淋巴细胞HSP90水平,并称重、观察后统计两组在运输后15d的增重与发病率。【结果】结果显示专用车组肉牛运输后血清K+、Na+、Cl-以及外周血淋巴细胞HSP90的变化程度低于普通车组,运输后15天体重损失显著减少,消化道疾病发病率有降低趋势。【结论】本结果说明肉牛专用运输车的抗应激效果优于普通运输车,有一定的推广价值。

【Objective】To verify the effect of the special transport vehicle reducing transport stress,for beef cattle,this experiment was carried out to compare the effect of transportation between the special transport vehicle for beef cattle and an ordinary transport vehicle.【Methods】During the long-distance transport for the beef cattle,a total of 6healthy beef cattle were randomly selected respectively from the special transport vehicle for beef cattle and the ordinary transport vehicle,which was named by the experimental group and the control group,respectively.The blood samples were respectively collected from the jugular vein in each cattle at 17 hbefore transportation;4h、20h、26h、45h、52hafter transportation and7 d,17dafter transportation,and then the serums were separated as well as the peripheral blood lymphocytes of beef cattle were extracted from the blood.At the same time,it detected the level of K＋、Na＋、Cl-、Ca2＋in the serum and HSP90 of peripheral blood lymphocyte.The beef cattle in the two groups were weighed and observed for the incidence during 15 days after the transport,and these data were recorded and analyzed.【Results】The results showed that the fluctuations of K＋、Na＋、Cl in serum and the HSP90 of peripheral blood lymphocytes of the special vehicle group were lower than those of the ordinary vehicle group.The weight loss after 15 days of the special vehicle group was significantly reduced than that of the ordinary vehicle group,and there was a down trending in the incidence of digestive tract disease from the special vehicle group.【Conclusion】The result proved that the effect of the special transport vehicle reducing transport stress for beef cattle was better than that of ordinary transport vehicles,and it had the value of being promoted and applied.
