Development Potential and Opportunity of Rural Beef Cattle Industry in the Karst Mountainous Area——Taking Zhijin County of Guizhou Province as an Example

喀斯特山区农村发展养牛不仅能完成积肥和耕作任务,提高土壤有机质含量,缓解肉食品供需压力,也是山区人民脱贫致富的重要途径。文章以贵州省织金县为例,深入分析了喀斯特山区农村发展肉牛产业的目的、潜力与契机,并提出了发展措施,以期为喀斯特山区肉牛产业发展提供科学依据。

Karst mountainous area country developing cattle industry can not only collect manure and farm,increase the content of soil organic matter,and relieve the stress of the supply and demand of meat dish,but also is an important way to help people get rid of poverty.This article took Zhijin country of Guizhou Province as an example,analyzed the purpose,potential and opportunity about Karst mountainous area country developing the beef cattle industry in deep.We also proposed development measures,which would provide scientific evidence for development of Karst mountainous area beef cattle industry.
