摘要
调整三极管三个电极的电位,给发射结和集电结以不同偏置,三极管可处于放大、饱和、截止和倒置四种工作状态,但现有资料与文献仅对三极管处于放大工作状态时内部载流子的传输过程进行了详细讨论,而对处于其他三种工作状态时三极管内部载流子的传输过程则讨论甚少。文章弥补了这一不足,对更好地理解三极管的四种工作状态及其在工程中的应用有非常重要的意义。
Adjusting three electrodes potential of transistor and giving different bias to the emitter and collector junction,transistor will have four working states, which includes amplification; saturation; cutoff and inversion. But the existing data and documents of the transistor elaborate the transmission process of the internal carrier in the amplification state only, and the other three kinds of working states is little discussed. The paper will makes up for this. It greatly significant to understand four kinds of working states of the transistor and engineering application.
