关于我国残疾人事业发展水平的因子分析

Factor Analysis about Development Level of the Undertakings for the Disabled in China

关于残疾人事业发展水平的评价目前尚无统一标准,为了科学的进行评价分析,确定11项反映我国残疾人事业发展水平的指标,通过选取2003—2012年相关数据进行因子分析。结果显示,我国残疾人事业发展综合水平呈逐年稳固提高的趋势,这推进我国残疾人事业实现新的跨越式发展具有重要的现实意义。

There is no uniform standard towards evaluation about the development level of undertak- ings for the handicapped at present. In order to make scientific evaluation and analysis, this paper determines the 11 indexes reflecting the development level of the cause for disabled people in Chi- na, carries out factor analysis by choosing relevant data from 2003 to 2012. The results show that the comprehensive development level of undertakings for the disabled in China presents a steady el- evated trend year after year, which has important practical significance to advance the undertakings for the disabled in China to achieve a new great -leap -forward development.
