现代社会中,人们相互沟通和交流的方式大体可以分为非言语交际和语言交际两种。虽然非言语的交际和沟通是人们在交往过程中必不可少的重要方式之一,它可以表达相对更多的交流信息,对人们的交流活动起着重要的补充作用,但是人们在日常交际过程中往往只重视语言交际而在很大程度上忽视了非言语交际行为。

In modem society, the way people communicate can be divided into nonverbal com- munication and verbal communication. Although nonverbal communication is one of the impor- tant indispensable ways of people in the process of communication, it can express relatively more exchange activities, but communication of information and plays an important supplement role in people~ communication people in the daily communication process often only pay attention to verbal and largely ignore the nonverbal behavior.
