建设社会主义和谐社会,是党中央在新时期提出的重大战略任务。作为肩负人才培养重任的高等院校,首当其冲要以构建和谐社会的宽广视野培养教育学生,把大学生的人文素养教育放在重点。如何落实人文素养教育目标,是高校新时期人才培养应重点思考的问题。

The building of a harmonious socialist society is the major strategic task that the Par- ty Central Committee puts forward in the new period. Institutions of higher learning, shoulde- ring the heavy responsibility of personnel training, should be the first to cultivate and educate students with a broad vision of building a harmonious society, puts the humanistic quality edu- cation of college students on the key point. How to implement the humanistic quality education- al objective is the problem should be mainly thinking about in personnel training of higher learning institutions in the new period.
