本文从珠三角区域经济特点出发,以多元智能理论为依据,以广东省14所高职院校的应用英语专业为实例,根据调研数据分析研究出"双核、分向、顶岗"人才培养新模式,为培养适合区域经济发展的高级技术技能型人才提供借鉴。

This which is based article begins with the Pearl River Delta regional economic characteristics, on multiple intelligences theory, with the applied English major in 14 vocational colleges in Guangdong province as an example, puts forward ＂binuclear, division, in- post＂ talents cultivation mode according to the analysis of the survey data, in order to provide refer- ence for the cultivation of senior technical talents who are suitable for the development of re- gional economy.
