屋顶光伏发电二极管扩展升压逆变器的研究与设计

摘要 在分析普通光伏逆变器运行特点的基础之上,针对不能直接升压逆变和死区延时对电能质量影响的问题,设计了一种新型屋顶光伏发电逆变器。该逆变器通过在直流侧增加由二极管、电感及电容组成的升压网络,然后在逆变器脉宽调制过程中插入直通状态,实现直接升压逆变的同时无需设置死区时间。文中对该逆变器的工作原理进行了详细分析,并设计了一种基于空间矢量调制的直通矢量脉宽调制方法。最后基于MATLAB软件的仿真分析与硬件实验结果验证了所提方案的有效性和可行性。 In order to solve the problem that common PV inverter cannot directly voltage-boost invert and dead zone delay , this paper designs a new type of rooftop photovoltaic inverter on the basis of analyzing the conventional PV inverter operation characteristics .Through increasing booster network in the DC side which is composed of diodes , inductance and capacitance , and then inserting shoot-through state in the process of inverter PWM , the inverter can realize voltage-boost invert without setting the dead zone time . The working principle of the inverter is analyzed in detail in this paper , and a kind of method of shoot-through vector pulse width modulation is designed based on space vector modulation .Simulation analysis based on MATLAB and experiment results verify the effectiveness and the feasibility of the proposed method .
