摘要
在常规变电站中可以通过专用相量表来测二次回路中电压、电流的正确性,而在智能变电站中二次回路网络化、采样信息数字化,如何测量相量并保证数据的可靠性与正确性?文章通过对手持式数字万用表的功能开发,制定了一套相量测试的方案,并对方案的可靠性与安全性进行了论证。
Conventional substation can test the correctness of the secondary voltage and current by special phasor instrument , but in the intelligent substation , secondary loop network , digital sampling informa-tion, how to measure the phasor and ensure the reliability and accuracy of the data?This article through the development of handheld digital multimeter functions , formulates a phasor test scheme , and verifies the reliability and security of the scheme .
