Management and Practice of State Inspection Based on Dynamic Evaluation of Transmission Line Segments

文章结合目前线路巡视工作的特点和存在的问题,开展基于输电线路区段动态评价的状态巡视管理和实践,建立输电线路巡视工作新模式。文章重点阐述状态巡视的产生背景,主要做法以及成效。同时,通过状态巡视辅助决策系统的应用促进线路运维工作的科学、高效开展,使得输电运检工作技术水平和管理水平迈上新的台阶。

Combined with the characteristics and problems of the current inspection work , the manage-ment and practice of state inspection based on dynamic evaluation of transmission line segments is proposed to build up a new mode of inspection work .This article explains the background , the main methods and the effects of state inspection .Meanwhile , state inspection auxiliary decision system is developed .Application of the system makes inspection work scientific and efficient , and also makes the technical level and management level of state inspection of transmission lines to a new step .
