摘要
汽车发动机翻转装置是汽车修理厂和汽车院校进行发动机维修作业的辅助设备。课题通过学院立项,研究了翻转装置的设计方案,采用Autodesk Inventor,Auto CAD等机械制图软件,绘制总成装配图和零部件工程图,并对关键零件进行强度校核。最后实施零件加工,部件组装、总成试验和样机定型。
Automotive engine turning device is an assisted equipment to maintain engines in garage and colleges. The design of turning device is researched as a college project. Assembly drawing and engineering drawing are completed with Autodesk Inventor and Auto CAD software. Strength analysis of important parts is carried out. After parts manufacturing, assembly and test, the turning device is accomplished.
