独立学院学生学风的现状及对策

The Current Situation and Countermeasures of Study Atmosphere in Independent College

狭义的学风,指的是学生的学风,是学生长期形成的学习目的、学习态度、学习行为等方面具有一定持续性和稳定性的精神倾向、心理特征及其外在表现,是学生在学习方面所展示的精神、态度、风格、方法和习惯的综合体现。学风建设,关系到人才培养的质量,关系到学校的生存和发展,关系到好的社会文化和学习风气的形成。目前,不少独立学院学生的学风状况令人堪忧。因此,要针对所存在的问题,采取有效的对策,使学生的学风建设取得实效。

Study atmosphere refers to the spiritual tendency, psychological feature and other outward manifestation in learn- ing objective, attitude and behavior. The construction of study atmosphere takes important role in the quality of talents, the development of college and the form of good culture and study atmosphere. Currently, the situation is not very good. Some ef- fective solutions should be carried out to strengthen the construction of study atmosphere.
