职业化转型视野下高职思想政治课教学改革初探

新时期打造经济新常态,需要大量具备"综合职业能力"的高技术应用型人才。高等职业教育进行职业化转型,才能更好地服务于经济社会的发展,这已是当下职业教育战线的共识。思想政治理论课作为高职生思想政治教育的一门重要必修课,要适应高职教育职业化转型的需要,深化教学改革,探索构建以培养高职生"综合职业能力"为教学目的新的课程教学体系,为高职生增强岗位竞争能力、顺利就业发挥作用。

More applied talents with comprehensive occupational ability are needed in the new economic period. The profes- sionalized transition of higher vocational education can promote the development of economic society. As the important com- pulsory course of ideological and political,it should adapt to the need of professionalized transition. Deepening the teaching reform and exploring new curriculum system oriented towards training students with comprehensive occupational ability can help them to find a job smoothly.
