随着信息时代的高速发展,档案部门运用各种技术手段将档案数字化,构建自己的档案服务网,为用户提供便利的服务势在必行。在运用网络服务过程中,档案管理员网络安全知识的缺乏,信息服务传输过程的安全与保护、无法满足用户需求等问题随之产生,根据霍尔三维模型的思路,从知识维、逻辑维、时间维上探讨档案信息化的系统工程建设与管理。

With the rapid development of the network, different techniques are used in the archives department to build their own digital archives network and to provide users with convenient services. In the process of network service, some problems appeared such as lacking of the knowledge of file network security and not meeting the needs. According to Hall three - di- mensional structure, the article discussed the construction management of archives information from knowledge, logic and time.
