摘要
目的:确定日本血吸虫病小鼠肝脏虫卵肉芽肿形成过程中HMGB1的表达。方法:建立日本血吸虫病小鼠模型,免疫组织化学方法检测肝脏虫卵肉芽肿形成过程中HMGB1的表达,半定量方法测定HMGB1表达的累积光密度值(IOD),ANOVA统计分析各组之间差异。结果:未感染日本血吸虫尾蚴的对照组小鼠肝脏与感染尾蚴后2、4、6周模型组小鼠肝脏虫卵肉芽肿组织中HMGB1表达差异有显著性(F=526.30,P<0.05),除感染尾蚴后4、6周的模型组差异不具有显著性(t=1.574,P=0.1162)外,其余各组差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:HMGB1可能参与日本血吸虫病小鼠肝脏虫卵肉芽肿的形成过程。
Objective:To determine HMGB1 expression in schistosomiasis japonicum hepatic egg granuloma tissues of mice.Methods:The expression of HMGB1 was detected in schistosomiasis japonicum hepatic egg granuloma by immunohistochemical staining method.The amount of HMGB1 expression was represented by the integrated lptical density value(IOD)of semi-quantitative method.ANOVA was used to analyze the differences among the groups.Results:The HMGB1 expression was significan difference(F= 526.30,P〈0.05)between the hepatic tissue of control mice and the hepatic egg granuloma tissue of the model mice infected Schistosoma Japonicum cercariae after two weeks,four weeks or six weeks.Except for two model group infected Schistosoma Japonicum cercariae afer four weeks and six weeks(t=1.574,P=0.1162),the rest of groups were statistically significant differences(P〈0.05).Conclusion:HMGB1may be involved in the formation of hepatic Schistosoma japonicum egg granuloma.
