摘要
针对江西某黑白钨矿钨细泥工艺流程简单落后,处理能力低、回收率低、精矿品位低的问题,应用重选-浮选-重选联合工艺流程,先用离心选矿机+摇床预富集,再进行黑白钨混合浮选和加温精选+摇床的选矿工艺流程回收黑白钨精矿。对高效设备、药剂进行技术改造,钨细泥回收率由30%提高到62%以上,钨细泥精矿品位WO3由40%提高到50%,钨细泥精矿含硫由大于7%下降到1.3%,每年多回收钨细泥精矿含WO350%100 t以上,取得了显著的经济效益。
The fine mud process in a Scheelite-Wolframite Ore has the problems of outdated process, low processing capacity and recovery, low quality concentrate. The beneficiation process of gravity separation-flotation- gravity separation was applied to recover the Scheelite-Wolframite concentrate. Technology transformation were performed on the processing equipment and flotation agents. Tungsten fine mud recovery rate and concentrate grade WO 3 were increased from 30 % and 40 % to over 62 % and 50 % respectively. The Sulfur rate of tungsten concentrate decreased from larger than 7%to 1.3%. The recovered tungsten slime (WO 3〉50%) annually added up to 100 t.
