摘要 信湖煤矿主井深1 009.5m,净直径6m,采用钻-注平行作业方式施工,S孔地面预注浆完全不占用建井工期。S孔地面布置避开钻井施工地面设施,在基岩段进入设计注浆范围,进行基岩段注浆。该井筒共注入浆液27 007.5m3,剩余涌水量3.5m3/h,实现了打干井。 The mine main shaft of Xinhu Mine was 1 009.5 m in depth and 6 m in net diameter and was constructed with a shaft drilling and grouting parallel operation. AS borehole surface ground pre-grouting would not occupy the mine shaft construction period. The S borehole surface ground layout could avoid the surface facilities of the mine shaft construction. When the base rock section of the mine shaft was at the designed grouting scope ,the base rock section grouting was conducted. Agrout liquid of 27 007.5 m^3 was grouted in the mine shaft ,a residual water inflow was 3.5 m^3 /h and a dry mine shaft sinking was realized.
