摘要
新集二矿111305工作面采空区因受推覆体寒武系灰岩水补给,涌水量稳定在110m3/h左右,加重了矿井排水负荷,增加了排水费用。为此,决定通过地面注浆方式对采空区出水点进行封堵。该工作面采空区位于花家湖下,在湖面搭设大平台,安装"A"型钻塔,采用主孔与定向分支孔相结合的方式,成功完成注浆封堵施工,采空区涌水量降至20m3/h,注浆效果良好,经济效益明显。
Due to a water supply from Cambrian limestone of the nappe ,the water inflow of the goaf in No.111305 coal mining face of Xinji No.2 Mine was stabilized around the 110 m3 /h ,would increase the mine water drainage load and would increase the water drainage cost. Therefore the surface grou‐ting method determined was applied to seal the water flowing point in the goaf. The goaf of the coal mining face was under Huajia Lake. A large platform was set up on the lake and an “A” type drilling tower was installed on the platform. A combined method with a main borehole and directional branch boreholes was applied and the grouting and sealing construction was successfully completed. The water inflow in the goaf was reduced to 20 m^3 /h ,the grouting effect was excellent and the economic benefit was remarkable.
