摘要
唐安煤矿为高瓦斯矿井,地面瓦斯抽排井位于风井工业广场附近,直径1m,井深287m,采用反井钻机施工,先钻导向孔,再扩孔到直径1m。瓦斯抽排井主要工程由3部分组成:一是钻进深度287m、直径1m的瓦斯抽排立井;二是安装外径530mm、壁厚15mm的瓦斯抽排管路;三是安装埋深1.5m、长度400m的瓦斯抽排管路。由于施工方案科学合理,实现了安全快速施工。
Tang’an Mine is a high gassy mine. A surface gas drainage shaft was located near the mine ventilation shaft industrial square ,was 1 m in diameter and 287 m in depth. The mine gas drainage shaft was constructed with the raise boring machine. A pilot hole was firstly drilled and then was reamed to a diameter of 1 m. The main engineering of the mine gas drainage shaft was consisted with three parts. First was to drill a mine gas drainage shaft with a depth of 287 m and a diameter of 1 m. Second was to install the gas drainage pipeline with a outer diameter of 530 mm and a thickness of 15 mm. Third was to install the gas drainage pipeline with a depth of 1.5 m and a length of 400 m.Due to the scientific and rational construction plan ,a safety and rapid construction was realized for the mine gas drainage shaft.
