摘要
针对板集煤矿厚松散层地质条件,基于FBG传感基本原理,对副井砌筑井壁期间监测传感器布设方法进行了研究,提出了在保证传感器布设成功率和井筒安全监测的前提下,用尽可能少的传感器,获取可靠和全面的井壁受力信息,监控井壁受力状态,实现井壁结构的多点长期在线监测,为井筒安全运营提供技术保障。
According to the geological condition of the thick loose stratum in Banji Mine ,based on the FBG sensor basic principle ,a study was conducted on the layout method of the monitoring and measur‐ing sensors during the mine shaft lining of the mine auxiliary shaft. On the premise to ensure the suc‐cessful layout rate of the sensors and the mine shaft safety monitoring and measuring ,a possible less sensors applied were provided in order to have the reliable and full stress information of the mine shaft liner ,to monitor and control the mine shaft liner stress status ,to realize a multi point and long term online monitoring and measuring of the mine shaft structure and to provide technical protection of the mine shaft safety operation.
