摘要
以某高速重载列车牵引电机专用电磁线为研究对象,充分考虑退火过程中存在的接触传热、导热、对流传热和辐射传热以及循环风机和测温钢管等影响因素,借助STAR-CCM+并应用流固耦合分析技术对电磁线的退火温度场进行数值模拟.仿真结果与实测结果基本吻合,证明该方法的正确性.给出的退火温度与机械性能的关系可为电磁线退火工艺的优化提供参考.
The special electromagnetic wire of the traction motor of a high-speed heavy haul train is taken as the research object. The effect factors such as contact heat transfer, convection heat transfer, radiation heat transfer and contact transfer, as well as circulating fan and temperature-measuring steel pipes are taken into full consideration, and the annealing temperature field of the electromagnetic wire is numerically simulated using fluid-solid coupling analysis technology by STAR-CCM +. The simulation results are basically consistent with the test results, which verify that the method is correct. The relationship between annealing temperature and mechanical performance can provide reference for the optimization of annealing process.
