摘要
研究了漏气对发动机性能的影响,在空滤管路上设计了三个漏气位置,考虑压力损失、加工难易等因素影响,选择第三种方案进行试验。为了更好的表征漏气状态,设计了与漏气量相关的燃油修正系数fr_w来反映发动机的漏气状态。试验结果表明:漏气量与燃油修正系数为正相关。漏气状态下,随着歧管压力的上升,压轮前温度和压力减小,漏气量和充气效率增大。燃油修正系数随着漏气量的增加而增大,燃烧持续期未受漏气的显著影响,COV随着负荷的增大而增大,缸内燃烧变差,歧管压力相同时漏气导致油耗率增大。
The influence of gas leakage on engine performance was studied. Three positions of leak- age were designed in the air filter pope. Pressure loss and processing were considered. The third project was carried out in the experiment. The fuel correction factor fr_ w was designed to get a better represen- tation of leakage station. The result show that: the volume of gas leakage have a position correlation with fr_ w. with the manifold pressure enhanced, the temperature and pressure before compressive wheel were decreased. Gas leakage and Vlumetrie efficiency were raised, fuel correction coefficient was increased. Gas leakage have no significant effect on combustion of the load, fuel consumption got worse at the same duration time, COV become worse with the increase manifold oressure..
