摘要
本文应用ANSYS对活塞结构进行三维有限元计算,求得活塞温度场和复合应力场,活塞的热变形和复合变形;应用疲劳分析软件对结果进行分析和处理,以云图方式显示出活塞的疲劳循环次数和安全系数,分析结果能够降低研发费用,提高产品可靠性。
The paper utilizes ANSYS three - dimensional finite element calculation of the structure of the piston, to obtain its temperature field and the composite stress field, the thermal deformation and the composite deformation of the piston; Utilizing FE -SAFE fatigue analysis software to analyze the results and processing, piston fatigue cycles and safety factor is shown with cloud chart, reduce develop- ment costs and improve product reliability before it is manufactured.
