摘要 随着航天工业技术的发展与进步,清洗技术显得越来越重要,清洗剂的使用量也越来越大,航天领域的清洗剂使用的大多是易燃易爆的有机溶剂。本文探讨了有机溶剂超声清洗技术在航天领域的应用,对清洗过程中的人员、设备、环境进行了安全性分析,针对安全性问题提出了各种安全与防护规范措施,从而可保障清洗操作人员的职业健康和安全,同时可以为其他行业的清洗安全与防护提供借鉴和依据。 With the development and improvement of China aerospace industry technology, cleaning technique is becoming more and more important. The consumption of cleaning agent has been increasing, while most of cleaning agent used in aerospace area are flammable and explosive organic solvent. In the paper, the application of organic solvent uhrasonic cleaning technique in aerospace area is discussed; security analysis on operator, equipment, environment during cleaning process are made; and according to security problems, we provide a set of safe and protection regulation measures. So the occupational health & safety of the cleaning operator are guarded. Simuhaneously, the research results can be reference and basis for security and safeguard of other cleaning area.
