危化行业应急能力脆弱性分析

摘要 本文介绍建立区域危化行业应急能力评估体系,提出G1和木桶模型相结合的危化行业应急能力脆弱性评估方案,利用G1法实现对各层指标体系的权重赋值并进行排序,运用木桶模型对区域危化事故应急能力进行脆弱性分析。经实例分析评估验证,两种方法的结合不仅可根据实际情况对各应急能力指标权重赋值还可根据区域危化应急能力定量分析结果判定脆弱环节,更具实践性意义。 This paper establishes the evaluation system of regional emergency capability for dangerous chemical industry, puts forward a new method combine the G1 and barrel model in the weakness analysis of dangerous chemical industry,uses the G1 method to measure the importance of each layer in the index system,uses the barrel model to analyze the weakness link of dangerous chemical industry region.The example proves that the combination of the two methods not only can determine the weight of each emergency index according to specific situation of the region,but also can analyze the weak links quantitatively with further practical significance.
