摘要
掌握固体废弃物的性能是对其进行再生利用的关键。以上海地区早期用二灰碎石(简称三渣)基层回收料为研究对象,基于室内试验。分析了该类回收料的组成特征、物理特性和力学特性,分析了回收工艺对该类回收料性能的影响,并将三渣回收料的性能与天然石灰岩集料的性能进行比较。基于试验结果与现行规范要求,分析了三渣基层回收料在道路基层中应用的可行性。结果表明:三渣基层回收料具有一定的级配组成,密度较低、吸水率较大、压碎值和磨耗值较大,经反击式破碎处理后,其整体性能显著提高,可替代天然集料用于配制道路基层用水泥稳定碎石混合料。
Mastering the performance of the solid waste is the key to its recycling.The composition,physical properties and mechanical properties of recycled lime fly ash stabilized aggregate in Shanghai were analyzed by laboratory test,and the influence of the recycling process on aggregate performance was analyzed.The performance of recycled lime fly ash aggregate was compared with natural limestone aggregate.According to test results and standard requirements,the applicability of recycled lime fly ash stabilized aggregate used in road base was analyzed.The test results show that recycled lime fly ash aggregate has certain grading,lower density,larger water absorption,larger crushing value and Los Angeles abrasion value.After impact crusher process,the properties of recycled lime fly ash aggregate become better,and then can replace natural aggregate for cement stabilized aggregate mixture.
