大学生择业心理问题及对策研究

Study on the Psychological Problems and Countermeasures of College Students' Occupation Choosing

当代诸多大学生在择业过程中存在着不良心态以及不同程度的心理问题,这对学校和社会的稳定都会造成不良影响,应当给予高度重视。本文从大学生择业过程中所出现的种种心理问题入手,分析存在问题的原因,针对性地探讨解决大学生择业心理问题的对策。

Currently in the process of choosing occupations, a great number of college students have a bad mentality and psychological problems to different degree, which has a negative effect on the stability of schools and society, so these problems should be paid much attention. This paper commenced with various psychological prob- lems in the process of choosing occupations for college students, and then analyzed the causes of existing problems and in the end, put forward countermeasures to solve the psychological problems of occupation choosing of college students.
