The perfection of the team of student CPC members in China＇s institutions oi higher learning requires for the full guarantee of five specific policies. To be exact, the recruiting policy should lay special stress on the examination of the applicants and intended members, the education policies should focus on the training in basic theories of party construction so as to build up a learning-oriented team, the management policy should emphasize the establishment of a service system and an activity organization system, the supervision policy should concentrate on enhancing party members＇ democratic criticism system and the system of responsibility investigation.
