高校学习型党组织建设是高校党建的前提和基础工程,建设质量影响全局。高校学习型党组织建设重点对象是高校领导干部,必须与时俱进建立科学合理、符合实际、行之有效的长远机制,并落实保障措施,以促进高校学习型党组织建设制度化、规范化,推动高校学习型党组织建设深入持久地开展下去。

Learning-oriented CPC branches are the premise and foundation of party construction in institutions of higher learning, and the quality of their construction poses an impact on the whole situation. The key to the construction of such branches is the selection of the core leading group and its members. It must be implemented by setting up a scientific, complete, practical, effective and lasting system with ensuring measures so as to guarantee the institutionalization, regulation, continuation and deepening of CPC construction in institutions of higher learning.
