大学生社团建设的长效管理研究

On Long-Term Management and Construction of College Student Societies

大学生社团是实行素质教育的载体,是学生自我教育的平台,是思想道德建设的阵地。目前大学生社团建设存在着诸多短视行为,为解决这类问题必须厘清社团管理方的权责,明确社团注册注销机制,加强社团结构类型管理,使常规活动与品牌活动相结合,聘请得力的指导老师,落实活动保障机制,从而建立大学生社团建设的长效管理机制。

College student societies are the carrier on which quality-oriented education is implemented, the platform for college students to carry out self-education, and the ideological front for students to develop good moral character. However, colleges and universities reveal a level of short-termism in the management and construction. This paper discusses how to build up an effective long-term system for the management and construction of student societies. The following are the suggestions： the organization administrator＇s rights and responsibilities should be defined, the deregistration system should be clearly stipulated, the student organizations should be managed according to their organizational structures, competent supervisors should be employed, the safeguard mechanism for activities should be implemented, the organization＇s internal management system should be established, and regular organizational activities and image-promoting activities should be alternately carried out.
