新形势下高职院校发展过程中的问题与对策探讨

An Exploration into the Problems in and Contermeasures for the Development of China's Polytechnics under the New Situation

目前高职院校在发展过程面临一些亟待解决的新问题,诸如办学定位模糊、师资匹配滞后、实践过程不实等。需要政府加强指导,深化管理,同时要注重效率,发挥监督作用;学校要注重特色办学,完善招生渠道,着力提升师资建设水平,走产教结合道路,实现办学的社会化,不断提高办学质量。

Polytechnics in China are currently faced with such problems as vague positioning, backward teaching staff and pointless practice teaching in their development. These problems need to be further guided and regulated by the government while supervising and emphsizing efficiency. Meanwhile, polytechnics should also strive for better quality in operation by cultivating characteristics, perfecting enrollment channels, raising the level of the whole teaching staff, combining learning with production and realizing socialized school operation.
