The paper introduces the revision on Administrative Litigation Law from the aspects of the application scope, qualification of litigant participants, form of evidence and the litigant rights of parities involved. It also analyzes the influence of the change in the above-mentioned aspects over maritime law-enforcement and lawsuit defense and puts forward relevant suggestions.
