中小型图书馆的差异化服务研究——以攀枝花市民讲坛为例

Research on Service Differentiation in Middle and Small Libraries——A Case Study of Panzhihua Public Forum

中小型图书馆的差异化服务是提升竞争力的核心途径。市民讲坛实现差异化服务,需要创新服务平台,加强品牌建设,传播"地方性知识",为老百姓"量身定做"服务内容,满足不同社会群体的差异化需求。通过整合资源与品牌塑造,市民讲坛可以成为展示城市形象的一张新名片,成为本土文化传承的一种新途径,成为破解公共图书馆行业生存问题的一种有效方法。以攀枝花市图书馆主动性、差异化服务为例,探索中小型图书馆的服务转型方式。

Different service of middle and small libraries is the key way to enhance competitiveness. We need innovation service platform, strengthen the brand construction, spread positive energy, and tailored service content, to meet the demand of different social groups. Through the integration of resources and brand building, the public forum can become a new card to show the city image, has become a new way to the local cultural heritage, but also can be an effective method to solve the survival problem of Public Library industry. This paper, taking Panzhihua city library initiative and differentiated service as an example, explores the way of middle and small li- braries service transformation.
