随着我国图书馆对数据库资源利用的愈发重视,数据库已然成为图书馆信息资源建设的重要对象。文章通过调查我国图书馆与国外数据商所签署的采购协议,分析了目前国外数据库商对数据库版权保护的现状、在我国面临的版权保护问题以及版权保护的发展趋势,由此对图书馆该如何应对这些变化提出相关建议。

With libraries of our country increasingly paying more attention to using database, the database has become a significant object of information resources construction. This article analyzes the purchase contracts that libraries in China have signed with foreign database vendors, and reveals the current status of the protection of foreign databases and some problems in the copyright protection of databases. This article also proposes some re- lated suggestions on how to deal with these changes for libraries in China.
