摘要
本文以优化建筑供应链的库存管理为研究对象,在建筑供应链管理的基础上引入了制造业中JIT库存管理模式;论述了建筑供应链JIT系统的特点和适用的条件,构建了供需双方补偿合作形式的JIT管理模型。通过实例演算,证明了此模型在合适的条件下能够有效的解决目前建筑业中存在的低效高费用、供应链企业间缺少合作优化等一些问题,从而使建筑供应链中企业的更加密切融合,提高生产效率,产生帕累托改进的效果。
Theresearchwiththe aim to optimize the construction supply chain inventory management as the research object, introduce manufacturing Just-in-time inventory management model on the basis of the construction supply chain management. In this paper, we discussedthe characteristics of the JIT system, applicable conditions of construction supply both sides of supply and demand compensation form chain and constructs a JIT management model of of cooperation. Through the calculation of actual examples, some current problems in construction industry, such as low efficiency and high cost, the lack of cooperation among enterprises in supply chain optimization,can be effectively solved under the suitable conditions, so that enterprises in the construction supply chain more closely, improve production efficiency,produce the effect of Pareto improvement.
