摘要
对冠状动脉搭桥术备体外循环的湿备模式进行改良,以达到即满足临床需要,又节省医疗资源的预期。采用储血器、微栓滤器、接头和管道连接并预充排气的湿备模式,术中根据需要再连接氧合器。232例冠状动脉搭桥术的患者,术中因血压偏低转为体外循环辅助下冠脉搭桥共7例,平均用时约2~3 min。此种改良湿备模式能更好地满足冠状动脉搭桥术备体外循环的需要,并可节约大量医疗资源。
To modify the preparation methods of the ECC circuts prepared with priming in off -pump CABG to save the medical re-sources and meet the clinical urgent need.The pipe and connector were used to connect reservoir and arterial filter and primed them with liquid and Heparin and just connected the oxygenator in urgent situation.The results showed that seven cases of 232 patients were transformed to on -pumping CABG due to hypotension.The mean time of connecting the oxygenator was 2 ~3 min.This modified con-nection methods of the ECC circuts prepared with priming can meet the urgent need of off -pumping CABG and greatly save the medi-cal resources.
