黄甘颗粒治疗复发性生殖器疱疹临床疗效及对生活质量的影响

Clinical Effect of Hunaggan Granule on Recurrent Genital Herpes and their Quality Life

目的观察黄甘颗粒治疗复发性生殖器疱疹(RGH)的临床疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法将80例RGH患者按随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组各40例。观察组服用黄甘颗粒,对照组服用泛昔洛韦片,30 d为1个疗程。疗程结束后比较两组患者的临床疗效;观察两组患者治疗期间及治疗后3、6个月的复发情况;观察两组治疗前后生活质量量表(RGHQo L)及抑郁自测量表(SDS)评分。结果两组患者近期疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组治疗后RGHQo L及SDS评分的改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄甘颗粒能降低RGH的复发率、提高患者的生活质量、改善抑郁等精神状态。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and the impact on quality of life of Huanggan granule to recurrent genital herpes （RGH）. Methods According to random number table, the 80 RGH patients were divided into observation group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. The observation group was taken with Huanggan granule, and the control group was treated with famciclovir tablets, 30 d for a course treatment. After a course of treatment, the clinical efficacy in the two groups was compared; The recurrence rates in the two groups during and after treatment of 3 and 6 months were compared; The scores of the quality of life scale （RGHQoL） and depression self-test scale （SDS） in the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results There was no significant difference between two groups of patients in the recent curative effect （P〉0.05）. After the treatment, the recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.01）. The RGHQoL and SDS score in the observation group were better than the control group after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Huanggan granule could reduce the recurrence rate of RGH, improve the quality of life of RGH patients, and improve depression and other mental states.
