新时期我国利用FDI的形势与对策

SITUATION AND COUNTERMEASURES OF USING FDI INOUR COUNTRY DURING THE NEW PERIOD

本文通过简介我国利用ＦＤＩ的现状,分析了新时期我国利用ＦＤＩ的发展趋势、有利因素和制约因素,提出了今后进一步引进ＦＤＩ的对策:加强宏观管理、努力改善投资环境、加大西部地区引资力度、积极吸引跨国公司投资、促进技术引进与技术创新的结合。

This thesis introduces the present condition of using FDI in China,analyses the developing trend,advan-tageous elements and deterrent factors of using FDI in our country during the new period,puts forward some countermea-sures of further inputting FDI:enforcing the macroscopic administration;amelioraing investing environment;strengtheningthe degree of inputting foreign capital in westem regions;actively attracting the transnational corporations'investment andpromoting the combination of technology inputting and innovation.
