摘要
山西省霍永高速公路桥梁40m T梁预制施工中采用了预应力智能张拉施工技术,在确保施工安全和质量的前提下,保证了施工工期,减少了施工人员的工作强度,提高了工作效率,节约了施工成本。论文对40T梁预制施工方法进行阐述,着重介绍了预应力智能张拉技术,为类似工程提供借鉴。
The prestressed intelligent tensioning technology research was used in the Shanxi Huo Yong high-speed railway 40 m T beam's prefabricated construction.Inthe premise of ensuring the safety and quality,it guaranteedthe construction period,reduced the work intensity of workers,improved the work efficiency,and saved the construction cost.This paper elaborates the 40 m T beam's prefabricated construction method,and introduces the prestressed intelligent tension technology.It could provide reference for the similar project.
