摘要
援外工程项目的顺利与否,关系到工程总承包企业能否按期、按质交付援外项目,进而影响到国家的对外形象。笔者从援外项目考察、设计、采购、实施这几个环节进行项目管理的经验总结,并提出了援外工程项目管理中应重点注意的几个问题,希望对今后援外项目的实施起到参考作用。援外项目任重而道远,其实施管理模式的创新,有待援外项目全过程的评估制度的建立和健全。
Whether Aid Project goes smoothly or not,it is not only related to the aid project can be timely handed over with good quality by the contracting enterprise,but also affecting the international image of the country.The author summarized the experience of project management from the aspects of aid-project investigation,design,procurement and implementation,and proposed several key points need to be concerned in the management of aid project,it is hoped that it can be as a reference for the future aid project.China aid project has a long way to go,the innovation of implementation and management mode for the aid project still need the establishment and improvement of whole-process evaluation system.
