上海骨科专科护士培训效果的研究

The effect research of Shanghai orthopedic specialist nurse training

目的：探讨和分析首批骨科专科护士培训的效果。方法招生对象为23名骨科护士,实施3个月全脱产的专科学习,其中1个月理论学习,2个月临床实训,通过理论考试、综述汇报、护理课题开题、个案答辩和专科技能考试5个方面进行综合评估。结果90%以上的培训对象认为在专科理论、专科技能、专业自我价值、自我管理能力、个人表达能力、专科综合素质及评判性思维能力等方面均取得了较大的提升,60%～70%的培训对象认为在护理科研和论文写作能力等方面有了较大的进步。结论开展骨科专科护士的培训对提高骨科护士的专科业务知识和技能具有重要的实践意义,值得推广。

Objective To discuss and analyze the effect of orthopedic specialist nurse training. Methods Twenty three orthopedic nurses were enrolled and they implemented a three-month full-time college study, including one-month theoretical study and two-month clinical practice. The theoretical examination, review report, nursing paper proposal, case study presentation and specialist skills test were used to evaluate the training effect comprehensively. Results More than 90% nurses thought the levels of specialty theory, specialty skills, professional self-value and self-management skills, personal ability, specialized comprehensive quality and ability of critical thinking were improved. 60% -70% nurses thought in the aspects of nursing research and paper writing ability had a great progress. Conclusions Orthopedic specialist nurse training had an important practical significance in improving the orthopedic nurse specialist business knowledge and skills, so it is worthy of of popularization.
