尖山铁矿进口美卓压滤机滤布的国产化试验

The Localization Tests on Filter Cloth of Metso Filter Press in Jianshan Iron Ore

新增的四台metso隔膜压滤机投产后,发现随机进口的聚丙烯复丝滤布堵塞失效严重,不仅影响设备的效率,也增加了生产成本,为此选择三家国内滤布厂家在四台压滤机上进行了24个批次的滤布试验。结果表明：滤布有效循环数约1 150,滤布单耗在30块/万吨精矿以上,滤饼水分远低于要求的9.3%,前300个循环和总体的滤液浓度分别为0.41%~0.97%和0.49%~0.73%,但滤布都未能满足1 500的有效循环数和26块/万吨精矿单耗的要求。下一步拟减小尼龙丝径和滤布孔径,增大孔数和透气量,同时改善后续的表面处理工艺,可望解决滤液浓度和循环数量的矛盾。同时,对离散性很大的滤液浓度采用剔除可疑数据和数值积分求平均值的计算方法进行了科学的处理。

With four sets of new Metso diaphragm filter press putting into production, the Polypropylene multifilament filtercloth imported with the equipment was found blocking seriously, which not only influenced the efficiency but increased the pro-duction cost. The domestic nylon monofilament filter cloths were selected from three factories and performance tests of 24 batcheswere conducted on four filter press. The test results showed that the effective cycle number of cloth was about 1150, filter clothconsumption was more than 30 pieces / million tons ore, moisture of filter cake was far below the requirement of 9.3%, the filtrateconcentration of the first 300 cycles and the total was 0.41~0.97% and 0.49~0.73%, but it was failed to meet the effective circula-tion 1500 number and 26 pieces/million tons of concentrate. The further step should be to reduce the nylon wire diameter and fil-ter aperture, increase the number of holes and air permeability, as well as improve the surface treatment technology to solve thecontradiction between the filtrate concentration and cycle number. At the same time, the concentration of filtrate with dubious da-ta was treated by the calculating methods of suspicious data rejection and the numerical integration for the mean value.
