摘要
为了解决高速公路下伏采空区安全稳定问题,采用粉煤灰泡沫混凝土进行充填治理。通过室内试验研究不同配比粉煤灰泡沫混凝土充填材料特性,并运用数值模拟手段针对实际工程进行充填治理研究。研究结果表明:粉煤灰泡沫混凝土充填体具有质轻、多孔、吸收变形能力强等特点,能够满足一般采空区充填强度要求;在满足充填体强度要求前提下,随着泡沫及粉煤灰掺入量的增加,能够得到同质量下普通混凝土体积3~7倍以上的充填体,说明该充填体利用率较高;该充填材料峰后强度较高、延性好,适合高速公路下伏采空区充填治理;经过实际工程数值计算检验,该充填体材料对于高速公路减沉效果明显,对于特定工程选择合适配比能够更加节约充填治理成本。
The flY ash foamed concrete is used to fill the foamed concrete brocK unuc, ~ ~, solve its safety and stability problems. Through the experimental study of material characteristics of different proportion of fly ash foamed concrete, and the use of numerical simulation to study the filling management according to the actual engineering. The results show that Fly ash foam concrete filling body is light, porous and strong ability to absord deformation, these characteristics can meet the general of goaf filling strength. On the premise of meeting the strength of filling body, with the increasing of foam and fly ash content, we can have the same quality with ordinary concrete volume 3-7 times more than the body, which indicated that the utilization rate of the filling body is higher. The filling material is suitable for filling the goaf underlying the highway, with the characteristic of high strength after the peak and good ductility. Tested by the actual engineering numerical calculation, the effect of the filling material on reducing the subsidence is obvious. Selecting the appropriate ratio can save more filling management cost a particular project.
