摘要
本文研究了掺铁粉的铝酸盐水泥基复合储热材料在高温下的热性能和力学性能,根据储热材料在太阳能热发电中的应用要求,分别选择了105℃,350℃和900℃作为样品的热处理温度。并且使用了X射线衍射(XRD),场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)和热导率常数测试仪表征水泥基储热材料的物相及性能的变化。结果表明,掺入铁粉后水泥基储热材料的热性能得到了明显提升。
Research on thermal and mechanical properties of aluminate cementitious thermal storage materials mixing of iron powder was investigated in this paper. According to the requirement of thermal storage materials application in solar thermal power generation, 105 ℃, 350 ℃ and 900 ℃ were chosen as the heat treatment temperature, respectively. XRD, FESEM and thermal conductivity constant tester were used to characterize phase and property changes of cementitious thermal storage materials. The results show that after the incorporation of iron powder, thermal properties of cementitious thermal storage materials has been significantly improved.
