某电厂湿法烟气脱硫系统的除垢阻垢研究 被引量:9

摘要 针对火电厂湿法烟气脱硫系统存在易结垢腐蚀的问题,本文探讨高效除垢剂的除垢效果。本研究以EDTA-4Na(乙二胺四乙酸四钠)、EDTMPS(乙二胺四亚甲基磷酸钠)、LAS(十二烷基本磺酸钠)和磷酸二氢钠为添加剂的复配除垢剂和以EDTA-4Na(乙二胺四乙酸四钠)、EDTMPS(乙二胺四亚甲基磷酸钠)与腐植酸钠为添加剂的复配阻垢剂,来处理湿法烟气脱硫系统中的垢。复配除垢剂对吸收塔中垢的去除率可达90%以上,对GGH换热器中垢的去除率可达50%以上。而通过静态阻垢正交实验结果表明,在阻垢剂的最佳配比下,复配阻垢剂对Ca SO4垢的静态阻垢效率可达80%以上。 For thermal power plant wet flue gas desulfurization system easy to scale corrosion problems exist, this paper discusses the effect of efficient descaling detergents. In this study, EDTA-4Na (sodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate ), EDTMPS (sodium ethylenediamine tetramethylene), LAS (sodium dodecyl present) and sodium dihydrogen phosphate as additives in addition to the compound detergents and in EDTA-4Na (tetrasodium EDTA), EDTMPS (ethylene diamine tetra methylene phosphate) and sodium humic acid as an additive complex inhibitor, for treatment of wet flue gas desulfurization system in the dirt. Complex detergents absorber scale removal of up to 90% of the GGH heat exchanger fouling removal rate can reach more than 50%. And through the static scale orthogonal experimental results show that the best ratio of inhibitor, scale inhibitor compound of CaSO4 scale static scale efficiency up to 80%.
