摘要
界定了"心理契约破裂"概念,并通过实证研究方法开发了其测量量表。研究结果表明,心理契约破裂包括四个维度——交易型心理契约破裂、人际关系型心理契约破裂、工作支持型心理契约破裂和成长与发展型心理契约破裂,测量量表具有良好的信度和效度,并且心理契约破裂这一高阶概念能够很好地概括4个构成维度。
This paper defines the concept of psychological contract breach, and develops its measurement scale through empirical research. The results show that, psychological contract breach consisting four dimensions, trans- action type, relationships type, support type, development type. The measurement scale has good reliability and validity, and four dimensions could be converged to the concept of psychological contract breach well.
