摘要
采用共享领导、感情承诺、团队学习能力、职业认同以及团队绩效量表对843名学前教师进行问卷调查。结果显示:学前教师共享领导能通过感情承诺、团队学习能力和职业认同3个中介变量影响团队绩效;团队学习能力的中介效应高于感情承诺和职业认同。
A total of 843 kindergarten teachers took part in the investigation of shared leadership, emo- tion commitment, professional identity, team learning capability and team performance. The results show that: Emotion commitment,professional identity and team learning capability play significant me- diating effect between shared leadership and team performance;The mediating effect of team learning capability is much higher than that of emotion commitment and professional identity.
