摘要
采用冯伯麟(1996)编制的《教师工作满意量表》问卷,对205名西藏地区小学教师进行职业满意度情况调查。结果表明:西藏地区小学教师职业满意度比较高;西藏地区小学教师与济南地区小学教师在工作满意度的各个维度上得分各有差异;女教师只在工作强度维度上得分低于男教师并存在显著差异;教龄越高其职业满意度就越高;本科学历的教师在工作强度、工资收入维度上的得分高于大专学历的教师并存在显著差异;职称、职务、月收入及学校所在地变量也影响教师职业满意度。
The study used the educator job satisfaction Scale complied by Feng Bolin to investigate 205 Tibetan primary school teachers from Tibet to reveal their job satisfaction investigation. Results showed as that: The tibetan primary school teachers' job satisfaction is higher; The tibetan primary school teachers and the Jinan primary school teachers in each dimension of job satisfaction score vary;The fe- male teachers score lower than that of male teachers only in the work intensity, and there was signifi- cant difference ; The higher teachers' working years are, the higher job satisfaction teachers become ; The teachers with bachelor' s degree scores higher than that of the college teachers on the dimension of work intensity and work income, and there is significant difference ;The job satisfaction varies with title, rank, work income, school location.
