在大数据不断发展的今天,如何充分利用室内定位系统(IPS)获取大量人类行为轨迹数据,研究和构建小型场景下的GIS关键模型并建立分析系统是目前所研究的热点问题。以IPS获取和标记的用户实时位置信息、驻留区域和时长信息以及用户运动轨迹信息为基础数据,利用GIS的时空分析方法,探究顾客在商场内的空间分布和时间分异规律,提出了商场租金动态计算方法,构建了大型商场的租金动态拟定模型,并对模型进行了验证。最后以Arc GIS Engine为平台,建立基于IPS的商场租金动态拟定系统,在此基础上进行讨论和总结。

Today, with the constant development of big data, how to make full use of indoor positio- ning system （1PS） to obtain a large number of trajectory data to study human behavior and constructs a model of GIS key small scenarios and establish the analysis system is the research hot spot problems. Finally with ArcGIS Engine platform, Established based on market rent of IPS dynamic drafting system, on the basis of the discussion and summary.
